Refund policy

Each piece is issued as part of a strictly limited release conceived as a finite work rather than a replenishable product. Quantities are deliberately constrained and, once allocated, will not be reproduced. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the collectible nature of these items and the finality attached to their acquisition.

All acquisitions are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing outcomes. Each garment is presented with detailed measurements and descriptions to support considered selection prior to purchase, and we encourage careful review before securing a piece. The absence of size exchanges reflects the fixed inventory of each release, where every unit corresponds to a predetermined edition that cannot be substituted once claimed.

If, upon arrival, an item is believed to fall materially short of reasonable expectations due to a verifiable issue, a request for review may be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Requests must include the order reference and clear photographic documentation, and the item must remain unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging. Where a claim is validated at our sole discretion, resolution will be provided in the form of store credit only. Store credit carries no cash value, is non-transferable, and is issued as a single-use balance redeemable against future releases within the period specified at issuance.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged in transit or materially differs from the confirmed order, notification must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Where verified, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which includes the issuance of store credit. As releases are limited, replacements cannot be guaranteed.

These terms exist to preserve the integrity and rarity of each drop. By proceeding with a purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Return and Refund Policy as a condition of acquisition.
