Shipping policy

Each release is prepared for dispatch with deliberate care, reflecting the considered nature of the work itself. Orders are processed within the handling period specified at the time of purchase, after which custody is transferred to our appointed courier partners. Dispatch timelines may vary between releases due to volume, verification procedures, or the controlled pacing required for limited distributions. Confirmation of shipment will be issued once your acquisition enters transit.

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Once an order has been entrusted to the courier network, the movement of the parcel exists beyond our direct control and may be affected by logistical constraints, customs procedures, regional disruptions, or conditions unforeseen at the time of dispatch. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that transit delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback, provided the item has been duly shipped.

Risk of loss and title for each piece pass to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that delivery details are accurate and that the destination is secure for receipt. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information, unattended locations, or refusal to accept the parcel. Should a shipment be returned to us due to such circumstances, redelivery may be arranged subject to additional shipping costs.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing times may also affect delivery schedules, and we are unable to influence or expedite these procedures.

If a parcel arrives visibly compromised, notification must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting documentation so that a review may be conducted. Where a claim is validated, resolution will be determined at our discretion in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping confirmations, tracking information, and delivery updates are provided as a courtesy to maintain transparency throughout the journey of your acquisition. The act of dispatch signifies the completion of our fulfilment obligation, after which the piece continues its passage through external systems until it reaches you.
